Scaling and automating cleaning business, "Uber" of Cleaning
SCALING EXECUTIONSo I was at a small conference for about 20 cleaning business owners today (actually they called it a retreat) and I met a lady that actually does this, but she still does the walkthrough to quote. She gives potential clients a shortlist of different cleaners she thinks would suit them and gives...- MattR82

The lifestyle, hobbies, and fun thread.
HOT! CHATSpring is here in Australia and I was lucky enough to land on my feet living 10 minutes away from this when I had to find a new place to rent rather suddenly. Noosa Heads Beach. There's a super scenic but relatively easy 90 to 120 min walk around the headland that I do at least once per week...- MattR82

HOT! CHATOne of my closest friends is a young GP, just bought a multi million dollar property, new cars etc etc but was absolutely miserable. He has since moved to something called Locum work which involves going off to remote areas of Australia to practice for a few weeks at a time. Probably does about...- MattR82

HOT! CHATI can't remember if I posted this the other day so apologies if it's a double up, but is anyone here familiar with Tommy Mello Home Service Expert? He built a 200 million garage door business and has a shit load of content out there that I've only just come across. Looks great. View...- MattR82

How to properly "discipline"/train staff? Or should I just get rid of them?
QUESTIONIf you get them to use an app like Deputy, it has GPS tracking so they can't lie about where they were/weren't. I know tonnes of cleaning business owners using it successfully and it doesn't come across as tracking in an unnecessary way. I don't know country you're in and how available it is...- MattR82

HOT! CHATI'm not interested in Burning man, sounds like hell to me, but I've seen a lot of videos from people there laughing about how dramatic the media is reporting on it, as if it's some kind of post apocalypse death trap lol- MattR82

Scaling and automating cleaning business, "Uber" of Cleaning
SCALING EXECUTIONTonnes of this stuff around. Here in Australia there are guys in India setting this kind of thing up and actually even posting them as jobs on job platforms but it's not that successful. People can smell it a mile away. I actually don't like the idea for a number of reasons, one being the poor...- MattR82

How To Go From a Scarcity To an Abundance Mindset. This changed my life.
GOLD! HOT! MINDSETThis in particular has helped me. I went way too far into penny pinching mode during my first year of operating and not enough time spent on focussing more on growth. I have seen where some people think having an abundance mindset means acting and spending like you are already a millionaire lol...- MattR82

Alex Hormozi. What is your opinion? Mine is (mostly) negative.
GURUSI'm only posting this for a bit of levity, I do like Alex's content even though I cringe when I hear 20 year olds I used to work with that watch his stuff talk about being a billionaire. But I thought this impression was great  View: https://youtube.com/shorts/7c6KMqjvetE?si=9aRJqbe-hdONJoO_- MattR82
