Tin Foil Hat Time: Are Aliens Here?

    HOT! CHAT
Not sure if this was posted here as it's a week old now. Interesting that when he was asked if he had received an intelligence briefing he said he didn't want to comment on that.

    HOT! CHAT
Even though I have a weird suspicion of this guy being some kind of a plant (he mysteriously became somewhat of a protege of Peter Thiel out of nowhere), I still enjoy his content. Jesse interviews Robert Hastings, author of UFO'S & Nukes. View...

My industry is commercial cleaning, I mean more like charging a client for a daily service but only only really doing it half the time or less to cut time/increase margins and pray they don't watch the cctv. As for over delivering, yeah there is a line to balance so you stay profitable. I...

Yikes, Compare Real Estate Prices for Homes Around the World

    OFF-TOPIC CHAT
Sunshine Coast prices are a bit depressing now. A close friend of mine bought a great property out of town for 650k just as covid was hitting. He did well haha. A 19 year old kid that started working on my project only 5 months ago just bought a run down place that's down the road from his...

i have 300k in the bank but no business ideas

    QUESTION
Franchises can burn in hell. Better to find an advisor/mentor/coach (that actually has recent success themselves in that exact same industry) and pay them. Spend a few hours reading Reddit posts and watching YouTube videos on franchise horror stories to make sure that idea is completely gone...

Be the best. I love this. It's crazy how many times I seem to get advice against this in the service biz industry. Don't over deliver! Increase your margins by cutting corners behind the clients back! Shit like this. Pisses me right off. Be the best. Charge in the top ten percent of the...

Tin Foil Hat Time: Are Aliens Here?

    HOT! CHAT
I guess the X community was wrong about the alien invasion that was supposed to happen yesterday hehe. I've been watching a tonne of podcasts on this topic over the last year. My favourite guy is Danny Sheehan. Stephen Greer seems like a super weirdo and Lu Elizondo feels like a Govt plant, but...

Josh Brolin has been popping up a lot on my feed lately. The guy has had an interesting life.. Found this one pretty interesting, explaining that although he only holds long investments now, he took up day trading when he was a broke actor to make ends meet.

    HOT! HEALTH
When I manage to quit coffee for a month or two, which I've done 3 or 4 times before, I'm pretty shocked at how much better my sleep is. I have found it harder to quit than smoking though, which I quit pretty easily a long time ago. Maybe because coffee isn't as offensive. And my discipline when...

I've been paying for premium for a while now. To be honest I find it 50 times more valuable than Netflix.
