OFF-TOPICI'm not sure why this is the case in Jakarta, maybe because the majority of tourists are Asian and it's actually a massive city that has a tonne of international corporate offices here. Although there is a lot of poverty still, there is also a lot of wealthy Indonesian people here.- MattR82
