Martial Arts, Combat Sports, Self-Defense Systems - What Do You Practice?

    HOT! OFF-TOPIC
Oh I love Krav! I love the direct, simple, brutality of it. I haven't practiced any martial art since Covid and have been contemplating getting some people together to practice in the park. (I'm in AZ). I've studied several arts but my best experience was learning an eclectic style under a...

RK vs. GC (Interesting "chat" about RE investing in today's market)

    HOT! REAL ESTATE
100% agree with this. After starting a biz 16 months ago, I am done spending my own money. I have equity, excellent growth, good credit, cash flow, etc. It only makes sense to borrow to expand or do another business. It's the only logical step to take to increase my wealth. I think the broad...

Today is my 1 year TMF anniversary

    GOLD! MINDSET
So there's a housing shortage in general. And here, in Sedona, there's a terrible shortage of "affordable" housing. Is there not enough profit in building smaller houses or apartment buildings? The need seems to be massive so I'm assuming there's not enough money in it for builders unless they...

    NOTABLE! HOT! MINDSET
Great thread!! I recently decided to blow apart some of my own boxes. As @MJ DeMarco and others have said, it's about comfort. I'm no different in that it's nice to be comfortable which is why from time to time, I put myself in very uncomfortable situations, which helps me grow and be better...
