Vegan / Vegetarians Only (Chat about lifestyle, opportunities, food, whatever...)
NOTABLE!So I've stopped watching podcasts & youtube videos on this subject. I've been whole food, plant based for 5.5 yrs and it's all good. Blood work is perfect, energy is high, mental focus and recall is excellent, and strong in my weight training and cardio workouts. That said, I'm a big proponent...- Bigguns50

Can you brainwash yourself to be who you want to be?
MINDSETGreat advice here! I can only tell you what's worked for me. @BizyDad said reflection time is important. I take a lot of time doing this in addition to journaling. I can give you examples that I live by. I am a healthy athlete(I was not a healthy athlete 5 yrs ago). I defined who I wanted...- Bigguns50

NOTABLE! HOT! EXECUTIONGood call @Kak! I kind of sort of follow a handful of people that inspire me and it's absolutely obnoxious when they list 20 additional platforms I should follow them on. I think most people feel this way. Even if they don't, I think it's a good, focused move on your part.- Bigguns50

GOLD! HOT! IDEAI have 2 Vitamix. One is at least 10 years old and works perfectly. The other I bought for the office. I think if you are to make a product that is built to last, and charge accordingly, you have to choose carefully so the design doesn't go to far out of style, or maybe style doesn't matter so...- Bigguns50

GOLD! HOT! IDEAI had a gas Webber grill. It was a bit pricy but came with a lifetime warranty. The push button starter failed. I called Webber and they sent me a new one after 3 years of use. No questions. There is a market that will pay for an excellent product with such a great warranty and reputation.- Bigguns50
