@Ubermensch FYI....Your Nondisclosure was very useful to me. I have 2 different ND's so I took from all three and it seems I have a better ND than before. One of my best friends is a great attorney so of course I will run this through him. Thanks again !

    Capital for wholesaling?

    REAL ESTATE
A bit of a gem I think, from a friend of mine. Several people have mentioned Detroit as a place to invest in real estate. My friend (I think he's 75yrs old) owned a very, very, successful hard money lending business focused on Detroit, MI. Short story....he was sued by a group of investors and...

    Were's all the money??

    MINDSET
A friend of mine....I used to work for him...was a multi-millionaire. Not on paper...in cash. ( I used to make deposits for him...I saw his balances). Short story...he was sued and lost EVERYTHING. He and his Wife sold all their properties, bought a crappy used car, and moved into an apartment...

    Were's all the money??

    MINDSET
Where I live...this is the mindset. Along with "there's no good jobs...the economy sucks...I wish I would win the lotto.." Sometimes it's exhausting deflecting all that negative energy.

You arrive in new city. What business would you start and why?

@TedM ... My Nephew does this in Naples, FL. They primarily take care of homes when the owners are away for whatever reason. They charge a LOT. It's all about service, service, service...and I mean platinum service. Depending on the contract, they will simply drive around, walk around, or walk...

    I dodged a bullet.

    HEALTH
Just a note. I have a 3 month hiatus from blood draws. I'm in what's called the "Maintenance mode". They'll probably have to thin me out again but everyone's different as to how often they need a phylebotamy. I feel good, training is good and "Life is Good". I had a 2 hr orientation at the...

    Making $ while in College....thoughts ?

This is for my Daughter. She needs $ and now realizes waitressing isn't going to cut it anymore. It's been many years since I've been in college so I'm out of touch with what students might need or what value a student can offer with limited time(16-18 Credit hrs / semester) and resources...
