    My meditation spot a couple days ago. My routine as of recent : Meditate / stretch / deep breathing, breakfast..Business the rest of the morning, a few hours of hiking / meditation, back to work. At least 3x/wk hiking / training. No gym so bodyweight training on and off the trail.
