    Thank you very much for this info. Quick question. Are they easy to piss off? My business model requires many low quantity orders. I often wonder how much shit they will put up with for low quantity orders. Will I piss them off with two many questions?

    Yeah that is fair. The reason I ask is because I browse these forums I see the term 'wantrepreneur' used for various reasons, normally in a derogatory way. Naturally, that caused me to wonder at what point someone is no longer considered a wantrepreneur.
