Getting into property (Help with the learning process)

I'm a small-time landlord but I've owned rentals for years and I'll give you my quick opinion since you asked: Find a good property in a good location. These properties hold their value well and rise quickly in an uptrending market. Pay less than the market value for that property so you...

1 Email Turns 13 Years on Amazon Into Nothing

    WEB/DIGITAL
This is why I'm learning the Shopify/paid traffic route. Amazon is an incredible sales channel but can't be the only one. Same with Ebay as stated above. Imagine building something up for so long and then getting shut down overnight like that? The commandment of control is nothing to take...

That's exactly what I meant, you answered the question better than I asked it! Another great point - nothing to worry about compared to real risks. Great answers thanks again. You're making the time for all these answers while going to school and running your business? That's not easy...

    GOLD! SIDE HUSTLE
You mentioned that it's quite possible for someone to get up to $4000 - $5000 per month with hard work and hustle within 4-6 months. - Is that assuming that person has average sales ability, or is exceptional ability required? - What inspired you to take this course of action? You moved...

Aim for singles or home runs?

I also say go for singles at 1st. There's something to be said for adding up small victories because it will grow your confidence steadily and be much more enjoyable. Aiming too high too early only sets impossible expectations and that equals misery if you don't hit the lofty target. Misery...

I agree with Scot. You have a skill set that at least gets you in the game, with a 'puncher's chance' of having success. There's always going to be bigger fish in the sea but I say keep going anyway.

    MJ's (not so) Evil Twin.

    EXECUTION
I would try to find out what his background was before spotting the opportunity. Did he see entrepreneurs in his family anywhere? Was he mentored by anyone? Did he read a lot about business? Did he ever have any business before? My point is that many people are in front of opportunities all...

Since you went from zero to 5 figs per month with no prior coding ability in a quick 9 months (which is damn impressive) , I would like to ask: 1. It seems like you had a great formula from the start. If you don't mind - what kind of resources did you learn from besides the courses you...
