Should I accept or reject this "partnership"?

Definitely not enough info for us to judge for you. Nor should you disclose further. But this smells like investor arbitrage, since there's no viable product and they're already raising money. 1. Raise capital 2. Make product, that doesn't actually have to work 3. Sell out / Run away with the...

    Facebook shops?

What has Zappos done? I'm not familiar.

    Facebook shops?

It's not an evolution of marketplace. Think of it as eBay correction: Craigslist (marketplace) vs Amazon (shops). We've already been selling through Insta/FB and our chargebacks are lower than industry standards. We're small enough to be customer centric though, so that may change. That's a...

Vigilante's "Mind Your Business" Radio Show

    EXECUTION
Congrats on the great restart Vigilante - first time I'm hearing you on the Walmart story. I love hearing about the titans that came before us. Do you have any distribution channels where you can play at various speeds? Ex: 1.5x 2x...? May I also make an observation? Personally, I've read and...

    Facebook shops?

We just set up our Facebook shop and did some preliminary testing. Our current projections are showing 30-40% of our revenue will come from FB shops in the next year. I don't think people understand how much of a game changer this is, for some industries.

How To Prevent Clients From Being Stolen? (By Remote Freelancers)

    PEOPLE
That can cause friction in the future. If the freelancer leaves the client has to re-setup payment. Then, again, I have everyone on automatic payments. The game is to get as much money flowing through my system as possible. Then we figure out how it gets distributed.

How To Prevent Clients From Being Stolen? (By Remote Freelancers)

    PEOPLE
I've started getting my VAs to work directly with my clients now. Best decision ever. My demo would never work directly with someone overseas, by themselves. Hell, getting people to work with someone in the UK is a challenge. People do business with people they see themselves in. Long ago...

Is it tacky to talk about MONEY and INCOME?

People on here don't share industries because there are vultures who make life harder than it has to be. Especially in the digital marketing space.

Happiness is an unquantifiable abstract concept that I think people need to get away from. It's mental weakness. Which comes from a lack of purpose. People in developed countries have higher suicide rates. Again, because we're handed everything on a silver platter. We're not in danger of dying...

What's the average time it takes to find a co-founder?

    PEOPLE
It took me 11 years to find my first co-founder. I had to build myself up. To hone my skills and make myself invaluable. People come to me for advice. For guidance. For services. I built my own business as proof of concept. And guided my clients to unparalleled success. Now, I get to dictate...

It's a double edged sword. I got my first taste of business from video games when I was 12. Lessons, which I still apply to everything I do. On the other hand, I played with the most brilliant person I've ever met, a couple of years ago. I just checked up on him after reading your post. He's...

How To Market and Product Launch/Research On Reddit?

    HOT! RANT
Last I read, a year ago, they were only making $100M/year while in the top 5 of most visited sites in the US. While everyone else in that bracket were breaking $1B or more. Tell them a sob story about how the capitalist pigs are crushing your small business. That will get you on the front page.
