    EXECUTION
Hey! I thought I'd post me documenting my $3K MRR in 30 Days Challenge for you to follow along :) A little about myself: I've been dabbling in business since dropping out of college almost 3 years ago. But I only started "hitting my stride" last year when I went from making next to nothing...

Congrats on taking action! I can totally relate to the small german businesses not wanting new software... I used to cold call small to medium-sized businesses here in Germany that had really crappy websites... 95% were not interested in any sort of improvement in their web presence... they...

Very cool. You can totally use the platform that I've co-built with @joschi (MasterMindo.com) to create a mastermind group and use our virtual conference room for video calls. It's free. If you've got any questions just shoot me a PM. - Nick

    How to find readers ?

Must have missed that... you could also have a opt-in list under the post or some sort of pop up like the list-builder plug-in from http://sumome.com/

    How to find readers ?

I'd say guest posting to relevant sites in your niche is one of the best ways to get people to read your blog. Make sure to collect email addresses of visitors so that you can notify them when you have new posts. I see you don't have a email opt-in field on your site.

Welcome to the forum! I'm 20 too :) Yeah, monetizing a blog is cool but not a "real business", usually. But it definitely is a start and it seems like you've learned quite a bit from it :) Do you already have an idea/plan for a business you want to start? - Nick

    Mastermind Groups Forming

    MEETUPS
Hey guys, not trying to make this thread redundant but if you're looking for a mastermind group I think mastermindo.com would be very helpful (I co-created the site). You can find and join mastermind groups there (or create your own one). It includes a virtual room for every mastermind group so...

Hey Jack, welcome to the forum :) That's pretty impressive... I'm 20 too but not even close to that. I'd say you start something in the investment space... it seems like you have some knowledge in that area and had some success there. Hahaha, you can become a professional topless waiter ;)

Quit job + dropped out of college on the same day... Hello from Germany!

    INTRO
Yeah, true. I could focus on Germany... but as you said, it is a big country but because of that most services that exist in the US also exist here... but there are definitely companies that just copy US companies and implement it here in Germany. Rocket Internet, for example, does exactly that...

@Lakeview I'm not doing the consulting actively anymore... but it was more redesigning websites than actual "consulting" anyway... If you want to know details about the consulting you can send me a PM and I'd be glad to chat about it. Right now I am working on MasterMindo.com where you can...
