ChatGPT AI is a huge breakthrough, a Google killer

    - AI -
To follow up on my newsletter brainstorm with ChatGPT (see my post on previous page), this is crazy how it excels in giving inspiration. I can't share my discussion because I use french, but I asked the AI a very provocative pitch to keep the interest of my visitors who will read the landing...

Improving people's productivity in a specific niche.

    EXECUTION
Website is now live! Of course it lacks a lot of features: - A couple of integrations. Mainly about analytics for the moment. I need to understand my future audience. - Branding and design. My site looks very generic for the moment. I have now a bit of experience with web design but I just had...

What if we could make Reading a lot smoother?

    MINDSET
That's a good strategy if you are reading a paperbook. It also depends of the type of book. If you are just enjoying a nice novel in an immersive universe, I think taking the time to read it to enjoy it as much as possible is best. Using this method is like rushing it and missing part of the...

ChatGPT AI is a huge breakthrough, a Google killer

    - AI -
As I plan to launch a newsletter alongside my Ecomm site, I just spent two hours with ChatGPT. The amount of time I saved is incredible. What it helped me to achieve so far, in these two hours: - Branding: • Finding a name for my newsletter. I wanted something catchy and provocative. The AI...

I sold my app for $65,000. I learned to code last May.

    GOLD! EXECUTION
Bien joué ! I will read all your threads, this will be definitely motivating. If you want to invest it, I guess there is no special trick for it in France: mainly real estate and stocks. It needs a bit of knowledge and experience so if you don't have time for this, I would recommend to fill...

How to deal with illegal/free sharing of my product?

    MARKETING QUESTION
Thanks for your feedback. It could be a lot of products, let's say ebooks, courses, templates, stock pictures/videos, musics, etc. Embedding could work with some of these, I guess I could make it work this way on the (very) long term!

How to deal with illegal/free sharing of my product?

    MARKETING QUESTION
I was mainly thinking about people directly sharing with their network. Let's say I designed a tool for accountants. An employee from an accounting cabinet buy it, get the product and then send it by mail to his colleagues. Writing this makes me realize it is not really something you can deal...

How to deal with illegal/free sharing of my product?

    MARKETING QUESTION
Hi Fastlaners, I am building a business to sold digital products through an Ecommerce website. I am close to get my MVP and I will start to build the website soon. This first product will be purchasable through one-time paiements. You pay, you download it (through a link or an incoming email...

GoHighLevel - Legit or Pyramid Scheme?

    MARKETING
To me the true potential of Zapier is to connect all those great tools to create powerful automated processes. I'm not running a marketing agency like you (currently building an ecom website) so my use of Zapier and the connections between other tools would be different. Maybe did you already...

GoHighLevel - Legit or Pyramid Scheme?

    MARKETING
Agreed on this. + Zapier is a really powerful tool which can serve many purposes. Getting knowledge and experience on it would be useful in all cases.

SAAS + Gadget Device = Location Lost Possessions or Stolen Goods? (Idea from NextDoor.com).

    IDEA PEOPLE
Apple does this with the AirTag. I guess some big companies have alternatives too. Now you have to find a way to compete against them. Maybe with more customization?

    Local Events Listing Website

    IDEA
This looks interesting. You may need to put a lot of efforts in branding and reputation. This would include: Website building, as your website will be more than a landing page, I would recommend to do it on WordPress or Webflow, other tools I know (Wix, SquareSpace, Carrd, etc.) may be...

    EXECUTION
New update after a couple of weeks. As planned I redesigned my dad's website for his alternative medecine business. I tried to design it to bring value to his activity and to help him getting more patients. It is too early to determine how impactful it is, but it was a great experience and I...
