ChatGPT AI is a huge breakthrough, a Google killer

    - AI -
I just spent one hour discussing with ChatGPT about brainstorming a few ideas I had in mind for an additional business which will support my current one (in the cars industry). I have to admit that it was 100% on point. Together we did: - Ranking ideas with the CENTS Framework and pros/cons. -...

Ah! Always nice to see other people's desktops! The most important thing is you like it, but may I ask you some questions based on my own preferences: What is the green/blue thing at the bottom of the main screen? Is there any specific reason you put the secondary screen on the left? As we...

Has Moving to a Warm and Sunny Climate Made You Happier?

    NOTABLE! MINDSET
Not yet, most of them are scheduled during the summer (sometimes with world-class artists) but there are still many upcoming events. The city itself is great, half-roman and half-medieval. I'm not living in there, it's small but already too crowded for me. We have a big house with 2000m² of...

Website Is Up! Please Give Feedback

    IDEA FEEDBACK WEB DESIGN
It's really well done. Could probably be improved but already better than 90% of websites. It probable already gave you a decent amount of sales and I hope it will keep going.

Has Moving to a Warm and Sunny Climate Made You Happier?

    NOTABLE! MINDSET
Just relocated from Paris region to south of France. Basically, from this place: To this one: It's been only a few days I'm settled down, but I can already say that the answer to the thread question is YES. To all Fastlaners: as stated in the books, move to a better place ASAP. Happy to be...

That's a wonderful car! I would kill for a Mustang or a Dodge too. Sadly, in the EU you can't enjoy this : - Prices start at 60k€ for a new brand new one (yours is almost new with only 10k miles, I assume it's not too far from the initial price). - Then, you have to pay taxes depending how...

Just spent a week at dad's home. He just bought a house with a lot of stuff to fix. I helped him at gardening, mechanics, plumbing, tapestry removal, etc. Did as much as I could. It was also the opportunity to go with him at his new job. After the divorce with mum, he went in the countryside...

    HOT! CHAT
I never have clearly understood how the Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum/Epic contributor ranks work. My assumption is that from Bronze to Platinum you need a fixed number of posts and/or reactions. Hard to say how many for each rank. Epic is probably awarded by MJ himself, at least it looks like...

    Is LinkedIn Premium Worth it?

    MARKETING
There are 4 LinkedIn Premium plans (at least in the EU): - "Career" gives a boost of visibility and attractiveness to get hired - "Business" helps to develop your network - "Sales Navigator Core" is basically all features needed to sell on LinkedIn - "Recruiter/Recruiter Lite" is about...

    I quit video games

    MINDSET RANT
In fact this kind of business already exists, I remember finding this one a few years ago when I started to wonder about the benefits of gaming: https://gamequitters.com/ Duplicating this for other countries/languages is probably an interesting idea.

Not so small achievement on my side: moving from Paris region to south of France. My GF and I just spent 2 weeks of "holidays" to visit some houses for rent in Provence, the south east region of France. Competition was rude, we did several visits (most of them with other competitors couples)...

    I quit video games

    MINDSET RANT
At first I stopped multiplayer video games. Getting taunted/wrecked online by people who play 10hrs/day was not the most relaxing experience. These games are a competition and I could not compete while building a business. I restricted myself to offline video games. Played again the good old...

MJ's GoalSumo APP was acquired - I am no longer affiliated.

    GOLD! HOT! EXECUTION
Hi GoalSumo team, Still using the app on a daily basis and loving it! I just wanted to bring your attention on what seems a small bug. You set a rule to avoid updating DailySumos that are more than 5 days old. That's perfectly fine to me and I guess it's to avoid some kind of cheating and...
