8 Eyewear: From Idea, to Launch, to Growth (And Quitting the Job)

    IDEA
I've heard that its a bad idea to use anything other than real pics of the product for pre-orders. The reasoning is that the final product may be slightly different than what the customer thinks they are getting. If you are 100% sure that these renderings are accurate, you'll probably be ok.

I don't see new gym members as a good FastLane. A huge % of them will quit shortly after they've started. Most of them don't want to spend much $, especially if they're already spending it on a gym. And the worst thing of all is having a beginner learn proper form off the Internet. These are...

Eskil's Progress Thread: Starting a Supplement Business from Scratch

    EXECUTION
Our product is our brand. Selling on amazondotcom takes on an element of their brand. It dilutes our exclusivity and brand recognition.....as well as the value. Those are sales I don't mind losing now. It's great for those looking to blow out product irregardless of brand. I want our...

Turns out you don't:) From Amazon: "Thank you for your interest in our Fulfillment by Amazon program. EXECUTION
Nice work Eskil. Question on Amazon Fulfillment....can you use this service but not list products for sale on Amazon.com? I've been reading up on their site about the service but haven't found a concrete answer. I was hoping to outsource order fulfillment to Amazon directly off my...
