Help with new housing near the nice side of downtown

    REAL ESTATE
Prime location, right next to where the town events happen. 4th of July, city cookouts, festivals, etc. So the area is well maintained. I remember reading a while back that you can get a 60% appreciation if you get in early on new neighborhoods. All they posted online was floor plans for...

One thing all successful entrepreneurs seem to have in common

    MINDSET
It goes a step further. Take a look at everything in the world. You're responsible for all of it. You could have and you still do, have the power to influence it all. You create your own world. Your own bubble. From those that claim to have swallowed the red pill. I've found very few can even...

How legit is 'The $50 Billion Man' Dan Peña?

Read his book "Your First 100 Million" It's an outline of his QLA program. Though, some stories do appear exaggerated. Like fighting a buffalo and crawling on 1 leg, while having 1 shot left. It's a bunch of email, cold calling, and financing scripts to get started on his roll up strategy.

    This Is Upsetting

    OFF-TOPIC
$400/mo is an average salary in some countries, at a full time 9-5. For all other cases, it's a good entry point for someone looking to get their foot in the door. I'm no longer on UpWork, but my first job on there was for $25 to put together a landing page, which I charge $2k for now.

    Does anyone need anything?

    HOT!
What do you use to generate your mega menu? Also, the no right click feature, only hurts your customers. These things do nothing to stop other people from copying your content.

I'm co founding a local soccer club under a 501c3. We're talking to local bars to sponsor us, in exchange for bringing in people after the game. We're still brainstorming other ways to get donations. Thoughts?

A Warning for Young Guys: Money is NOT the way to solve your Girl Problems

    HOT!
There's the 5 types of structural variations, but that doesn't seem related. What throws me off is the parental figure, since that's 50% of your DNA.

REAL resources on self image and self belief

    NOTABLE!
As cliche as it sounds, surround yourself with people you aspire to be like in real life. Success by osmosis is a legitimate strategy, but I found it doesn't work with skype chats or other online groups. One of my friends makes close to half a million a year, and he still offers his time for...

I cant choose wether to learn HTML/CSS (web design) or Python! Please help

    SIDE HUSTLE
Keep going with Python if you're starting in the programming industry, to get an understanding of OOP (object oriented programming). Then you can move to other languages like Java or C++ or wherever the wind takes you. HTML/CSS/JS you can learn in under a week, each. Then a month to become...

    Fastlane High School Business Academy

Public speaking. Programming. Math. (These wire your brain in a way an MBA does not) "How do we grade outside of the box thinking." By definition you can't. What the students will do is, evaluate the box, and constrain their efforts to meet the criteria. How do you grade and define...

    Solved

I hope you're not in the US. If they brought on lawyers with any sense, they would have torn you a new one with cybersquatting laws. First you wanted something in exchange for the domain. Then you went and built a store on it. Even if you had no intent of profiting and eventually gave it up...

Product/Company name - Help us decide!

Idk if people who drink wine know clink = prison I like clinq, and the SEO for that word is super easy. There's only 1-2 companies with the same word, and one of them is in Europe. The messaging would be easy too. Have a bunch of ladies on the beach partying, and end it with a clink sound...

Thoughts On "Minimalism" And How It Affects Your Fastlane?

    MINDSET
I don't think I'm a minimalist, but I don't have a lot of junk collecting dust. Some people do take it too far. Keeping only 1 bowl and a spork for all meals. meh.. Clutter gets to me though. You ever walk into someone's house and there's stuff in every corner. Just to fill in the space? It...

Game of Thrones Season 8 Thread (SPOILERS)

    OFF-TOPIC
From my understanding, Bran is the keeper of the world's knowledge. So by killing him, the Night King destroys humanity. Like individuals are the culmination of their past experiences. Civilization is defined by its history. The entire battle was centered around Bran, and it was his idea to be...

The Outer Cube Theory (Royalty Patent)

    MINDSET
I don't follow your conclusion, but open source tech comes to mind. WordPress is a good example. Create a platform worth billions, and insert yourself as a player with hosting and WooCommerce.

Random Chat, Thoughts, Posts, and/or Rants Thread

    HOT! CHAT
"Expensive" products that come with "extras" that no one else has, are bullsh*t marketing gimmicks that can't justify the base product. Ex: Monitors with speakers that sound like they come from a smartphone Portable monitors with a carrying case Speakers with built in LEDs Rant 2: OLED is...

900K In Sales. Need Help With Marketing

    MARKETING
Would you be willing to entertain someone who is building their SMMA portfolio? You could probably get his services at a discount / delayed-fee based on results in exchange for using your company as a case study / testimonial. I met this guy who left the corporate world, also in social media...

    How to detect deceitful people

    HOT!
Game theory is good for this. In the tit-for-tat strategy, you start off assuming the person is good. If they do something good for you, you reciprocate in kind. If they try/do take advantage you, you retaliate. You will get the short end of the stick from time to time, but overall it produces...
