    Headaches and Fatigue

    HEALTH
Have you tried the Wim Hof Iceman breathing technique? Also how well ventilated is your daily work/living situation? I recently read a study that showed people who sleep with a window or a door open, get a better night of sleep. The CO2 that you breathe out pools around you. While it may seem...

Can Feeling Happiness make you richer?

    EXECUTION
You need a 3rd option. A bit of both. The best way I've seen it described is realistic optimism. If you look at Berkshire Hathaway, Buffett and Munger are the perfect example. Buffett is the happy go lucky fella who gives his nephew a quarter so he can buy a lollipop at the corner...

How to learn to give without wanting anything in return?

    MINDSET
There's a poem in there somewhere :D A couple of years back I came upon a rough patch in the biz. So to kickstart something...anything. I began offering my services to charities. And it was all out of selfishness to pad my portfolio. And it worked, but it had another effect... I became...

    Are Some Big Problems Unsolvable?

Time and resources....look at the last 250 years. From building houses by hand with timber you chopped yourself, to launching literal cars into orbit. If you told someone back then we'd fly across the world like birds, they would have thought it too big. If you told someone we'd go to the...

    Learning SEO

Adsense is a terrible way to make money as a main source of income. In replying to both of you, If you focus on 1 source too much, you're at the mercy of Google. We just went through this roughly 5 years ago with Panda, Hummingbird, Mobilegeddon, etc., where people lost 50k/mo SEO-AdSense...

    Advice on dealing with Frustration

High-intensity exercises for short-term relief. As for the nuances...it only gets worse. Think of it as a circle. As your area of knowledge expands, so too does your perimeter of ignorance. I get through it by getting back to work. After all, when you have new information in your arsenal, you...

Your Accountability Problems Solved For Only $100!

    MINDSET
Are there any peer-reviewed studies on this? Google only brought up blogs. Look up Grounding 54321. It's a technique, which she tried to simplify, that helps people cope with anxiety. Even if you don't suffer from traditional fight-or-flight responses, this is still useful because we make...

Product And Service Ideas For An Aging Population.

    IDEA
This is pretty cool. We're finally seeing these procedures entering early test phases. For the longest time they were just speculative articles in sci-blogs. We die of "old age" because of organ failure, compounded by the telomere problem. There's an interesting development with organ...

How secure is it to fill in my credit card info on forms given by suppliers?

It was prevalent with the older generation. You would give your details over the phone to order those gimmicky infomercial products. You'd do it to order factory deals. And so forth. The US CC companies have multiple protection mechanisms. Like checking your regular shopping habits, location...

Product And Service Ideas For An Aging Population.

    IDEA
Correct, overfishing, disease, natural predators, accidents.... Aging is connected to Telomeres. Every time your cells divide, the ends break off. Lobsters and other crustaceans have a repair mechanism. But as they get older, they encounter other problems. Getting back to the subject at hand...

Product And Service Ideas For An Aging Population.

    IDEA
Japan has been preparing for the same scenario... They're working on robots to staff medical/housing centers. Simple things like, bringing food, lifting the heavy chair in the living room, reaching for canned goods in the tall cabinet. My parents are getting close to retirement age and many of...

    CRYPTO INVESTING
Buy when everyone else is selling. “We’ve put a lot of money to work during the chaos of the last two years. MARKETING
There's a 0.000000000001% Amazon goes belly up tomorrow, and no one gets their packages. Since it's an established company, we have faith they'll come through. There's a 90-something % chance that a newly formed business doesn't succeed. I don't know about you, but whenever I spend money for...
