    2 Million Dollars....at 98 years old

It's insane how you constantly see the script being pushed on us every single day once your eyes are opened... I saw this on USAToday and immediately thought of these forums because I know you guys would love this. I'm so glad I can see more clearly, but it's so sad that so many people buy...

Web 3.0 (Ethereum) is happening, and most people have no idea what it even is.

    GOLD! IDEA
Very cool learning experience for someone who formerly (before reading this entire thread) knew nothing about Ethereum, thanks all! Incredible to see the price of Ethereum skyrocket over the past month as this debate has been going on. I have a finance background and work at an investment...

Hey David, Welcome man! I was keeping an eye out for your introduction post. As we spoke about before, take some time to go through the gold threads as they provide incredible value on here. -Dan

If You're Doing This, You're Fooling Yourself That You're an Independent Thinker

    GOLD! MINDSET
Great post - Ive been trying to read the gold threads not to come to the conclusion of "I should do ecommerce or invest in real estate" but instead to focus on the underlying process and see patterns of successful people on here. It seems like the successful processes can be applied to many...

    Hi from Sweden!

    INTRO
Welcome! Best of luck and make sure you check out the gold threads first. On a side note, I backpacked around Europe a few years back and spent time in Malmö, Gothenburg, and Stockholm - Sweden was such a beautiful place.

Manufacturing a FTE (F*ck This Event!)

    NOTABLE! MINDSET FTE
Thanks man, I really am. I'm 26 and I have no girlfriend at the moment or kids. The only debt I have in my name is about 4 more months of rent for my apartment near NYC. Ever since I read TMF and Unscripted, I've had a few days (today was one of them) where I've legitimately considered walking...

Manufacturing a FTE (F*ck This Event!)

    NOTABLE! MINDSET FTE
As someone who has been reading FTE's and thinking "damn, I've definitely had F*ck this moments but not a true F*ck this event", this is awesome. Thank you for sharing! Sharing my own F*ck this shit moments in the last few months that currently have me researching a new city to move to and...

Question about an inconsistency in The Millionaire Fastlane

This response sums it up well. When MJ is referring to "everyone is doing it" he's referring to any "get rich quick" schemes like mult-level marketing where all you need is X number of dollars to "start your own business". In contrast, when MJ speaks about "someone is doing it", he's saying...

    I've Read UNSCRIPTED!

    GOLD! HOT!
Read the whole book and finished it a few weeks back (thank you for the early release). It was brilliant, but now it's making waking up for my slowlane job harder every day. Took a lot of notes and most importantly, I've been able to narrow down exactly what I want to do for my fastlane...

Newbie already being talked down by friends :(

    INTRO
I had the exact same thing happen to me when I first read TMF and joined the forum. When you say something that ambitious to someone who has drank the kool aid of what's "right ", you attack everything they know to be "true". I just happened to bring it up to some coworkers (currently...

How do I go from a wish to burning desire?

    HOT! MINDSET
There's a classic story (I believe MJ uses it in his book) about a dog at a gas station that is whimpering nonstop. Finally, after a few minutes, a man asks the owner why the dog is crying. He was surprised when the owner said "he's laying on a nail". When the man asks why the dog doesn't just...

The Fyre Festival Fraud; Get Rich Fast Providing Perceived Value, Over Actual Value

    HOT!
I was just reading that they made everyone sign a blank sheet of paper that was supposed to be a "refund sheet"... that seems extremely sketchy. After the way they handled this whole ordeal, my first thought was they'd use that sheet to justify people NOT getting refunds. Interested to see how...

A Job Can Literally Kill You

    MINDSET
Accountability and responsibility are so damn important, I absolutely can't stand it when people play the victim. Don't ask "why me?"... ask "what can I do to change the bad situation I'm in?"

Best thing you can do is check out the gold threads. They all contain amazing value and really help you learn from the more experienced/veteran individuals on the forum. You'll also get an insight into the various different areas that different individuals are involved in. I really liked Fox's...

SteveO: From Employee to RE Investor to Golf Course Owner...

    FEATURED USER
Thanks @MJ DeMarco and @SteveO , this is an awesome format and a great story. My biggest takeaway from this story was from the following quote: "I came to the conclusion that I was just as happy when I was living out of my car with very little money as I was when there was more than could be...

Welcome! You're going to find from reading posts on this forum and finishing the TMF that number 4 that you listed is how to really get the process kicked off - focus on simply helping. As I'm relatively new as well, I've been focusing on training my mind to light up whenever I personally...
