    Customer service in post soviet countries is still really bad, no difference compared with when I was living there 5 years ago. They don't answer your emails even if you write in their local language, and when you call them, they hang up on you. Too bad, really.

    18 months ago I contacted an export government agency about shipping food from BE to the UK. The experts there told me absolute BS that I only realized a few months ago were BS. You really cannot trust anyone. I lost a lot of money because...I didn't double-check what they told me.

    Just figured out I could add plugins to thunderbird after two years of usage lmao I installed a plugin that pauses for five seconds after I hit "send" which helps with last-minute changes. In an ideal world AI would be my account manager and I would never have to talk to a customer ever again.
