    No, only fires when it comes from Facebook. What do you mean direct buying? Direct buying to me is a direct website buy (About.com, etc.). If you mean partnering with a Facebook page owner - let me know how that works out. I've find most of those guys to be tire kickers.

    I start testing copy and images in Facebook right away. Adwords is expensive for me, unless you mean the display network. I would use one Facebook page, especially if you ship internationally.
