No, not really. That's just delusional marketing fluff. Electric cars are still polluting the planet, especially when you consider the natural resources and pollution involved in battery manufacturing. However, it's worth noting that Tesla has helped bring the topic of sustainability to the...

You've misunderstood the situation. The recruiter and hiring manager are actually causing problems for everyone, and this is not good or ethical business practice. First, they're costing the S&P 500 company they work for more money by being late in hiring. As a result, they have to hire a...

You are not stupid, you are just thinking in US standards. In the Netherlands the employemnt laws are very strict and set in stone (and recruiters of all people should know that). For example there are almost no contracts for people that can leave their current role earlier that a month. Plus...

Today, I had a recruiter call me about an interesting, high-salary role. She found my profile on LinkedIn and wanted to propose me for a freelance position with one of her clients. Everything was fine until she called and asked, "Why do you want to leave your current role?" Eh, I AM NOT...

Amazing work! You are really making a difference. For those who do not know how things are in Amsterdam, it is easier to find a job than a place to live.

I just got laid off. My e-commerce business has had 0 sales. Get another temporary job or go full force?

    FTE EXECUTION
The same happened to me 3 months ago. The company I worked for went bankrupt and I was about to be without a job. My e-commerce does not make sales to cover expenses, so I put out my application shotgun and applied everywhere. Found a job within a month.

    HEALTH
Smoking in general is bad for your health and causes a plethora of health complications including cancer, and emphysema. It does not matter if it is pot, cigarettes, cigars, toilet paper, or 100 dollar bills.

    When Fastlane doesn't make sense?

That's quite a low bar right there. OnlyFans is legal and makes a lot of money, but I never pursued that path. Not that anyone would buy my services anyway.

    When Fastlane doesn't make sense?

    HOT! SLOWLANE
I am going to say something that you will absolutely hate. If the way to make money is by trying to provide as little value as possible while getting as much money as you can, then management and strategy consulting is the way to go. If you want to be a better human being and provide real value...

Hi! I’m trying my best to juggle my fulltime day job with starting ecommerce business

    INTRO
Same story. I am the project manager of a very old Japanese company. On the side, I have an e-commerce store selling homegrown family food products. I never have the motivation to do anything, but I get things done. What works for me is that I just block time on my calendar for work tasks and...

What Are You Grateful For Today?

    HOT! MINDSET CHAT
I really applaud you for starting this thread 4 years ago. The thing is that for me asking myself to say 5 things I am grateful for sounds like a huge cringe and hocus pocus self-affirmation Tony Robbin's level crap inside my head. Spoiler alert, it isn't. This is why I ask myself: What...

ChatGPT AI is a huge breakthrough, a Google killer

    - AI -
I really have no idea how so many people are shitting on ChatGPT. I have been using it for my business and my work and it is a game changer. I hadn't seen such a significant innovation until the internet and Googling stuff became a thing. The problem I see is most people are very lazy and do...
