SpreadsheetLLM - Microsoft unveils LLM now able to tackle unstructured data within spreadsheets - A SaaS killer? An accountant job killer?

    SAAS / APPS
Interesting article. But to be honest I am quite skeptical about these tools. Until I see something concrete I cannot allow myself to get excited. To be honest Microsoft (and OpenAI) the last year have overpromised and underdelivered. They keep going on about AI this, AI that, but where are the...

ChatGPT AI is a huge breakthrough, a Google killer

    - AI -
What you are saying is 100% correct. AI is indeed based on statistical probability. Despite their limitations, they are very useful. In many cases, the job gets done, which is what matters in the end. Similarly, we could say that computers are based on open and closed switches. They are still...

The only way to actually guarantee to lose weight

    HOT! HEALTH
Claude disagrees with your assumptions and overgeneralisation: "The commenter's assumptions are flawed and don't align with your actual results. Losing 30kg over 2 years while doubling your lifting weights is clear evidence of successful body recomposition, not muscle loss. While it's true that...

Youtube Channel Feedback: Money is a Spiritual Tool

    MINDSET
Interesting video, well done. Nice message. Good to see you sharing personal stories. However, slow down a bit while speaking, and prepare your script better to reduce the number of jump cuts.

The only way to actually guarantee to lose weight

    HOT! HEALTH
That's complete bullshit and makes zero sense. I doubled the weights I lifted and lost 30 kilos in 2 years. I'm not shredded, but I'm at least in a healthy weight range BMI-wise. It's called body recomposition, and it's 100% doable. All natural too - no steroids, no TRT, or other crap. So...

The only way to actually guarantee to lose weight

    HOT! HEALTH
I do not really understand this comment. If you consume fewer calories than you burn, you will lose weight. It's true that it's more difficult for some people than others. Some people feel hunger more intensely, have a slower metabolism, etc. However, the basic principle remains: If you consume...

    Do you practice a routine?

    MINDSET
Occasionally, it's nice to go with the flow, such as on holidays. However, for me, if I don't write down a specific time, place, and activity, it doesn't happen. I need to break down my goals into daily tasks scheduled within a specific timeframe and space. Calendars and journals are my...

    Figuring Out AI & Automation

    - AI -
It is not that they don't know how to leverage Copilot. The problem is that we are early with the technology, and the data needs to be extremely well-structured in many cases, which creates issues. AI has been around for a long time in MS tools, but unfortunately, Copilot merely provides a...

Which job sounds better for a Fastlane long-game?

    HOT! FEEDBACK
Customer support is a terrible job; you only deal with the worst of humanity. I would not choose it even for double the money. To keep your sanity, go for marketing, even if it is just for one day more.

    Share your NEGATIVE role models

    MINDSET
I don't have negative role models. Everyone, including myself, is flawed, and we don't know their full stories. That being said, I'm currently toying with the idea of having my first negative role model: the OP who is badmouthing their own father on a public forum. I sense another dumpster fire...
