    i grew up upper middle class but went to school with kids who parents were hundrd millionaires even billionaires (old westbury, NY). A lof the kids there did so many heinous shit but would always get out of it due to daddys money and a good lawyer.

    Just dont feed them candy. When i have kids id take them to the pumpkin patch or something similar. You dont have to feed your kids sugar poison and traumatize them there are other options.

    People are binge eating bread, rice, and pasta and those arent even considered the bad carbs. I may have gone overboard inn the title obviously nto all carbs i get insane energy eating dates and bananas but most carbs i eat i crash immediately even if i dont have a lot.

    I believe they would work better off getting energy from ketones. More steadier energy. plus a lot of construction workers are fat and they could lose a lot of weight using keto. But that is a pipe dream and aint changing anytime soon haha.
