HOT! CHATI used to dread the idea of going to the gym, now I dread rest days for not going. Solution: I go and do my cardio there lol, today I also got some sauna. Fasted sauna felt pretty intense. The gym also offers "free" decent quality coffee which is a great value skew imo, I love my current gym.- Matt Sun

NOTABLE!Adding to the anecdotes, I've also taken cyanocobalamine and in my case I had short spasms (I took it at night) that wouldn't let me sleep.
