    Do you do any death awareness meditations or things to remind you of your mortality? I've heard of others think about their moratlity to help with decision making and to minimize regrets. I've used this several times as well and its helped me gather courage to make a decision I wanted to make

    comfort will slowly kill you. Hell it slowly killed me. Im awake again and realized how the drug of comfort slowly poisioned my soul. Doing difficult things like a hard workout snaps you out of autopilot and your more likely to gain control again and veer your life where you want.
