    I have a problem of not cleaning my room and leaving it off for the weekend. That's another habit that ends today. Also no more porn. Also getting rid of dairy like cheese but not Greek yogurt. Slows me down.

    You wouldn't sell horses for transportation when there are cars no matter how good the product or service. Question is noticing trends and where things are headed. For example a bookstore 20 years ago may have had some merit but now it's obsolete.

    What a simple minded response. Addiction involves emotion shame trauma depression. A whole host of things not just "behavior". Now I believe the way to changing it is changing ones behavior but it isn't as simple.
