Journey To One Hundred Thousand in 12 Months.
EXECUTIONI really wish some people with more knowledge in sales and marketing/business busted my buttons a bit, I'm looking for more of a "what if this happens, how are you going to handle it type of comments" ...because I really think I am not prepared for all of this. Especially running 15 or 30...- Lagron

Journey To One Hundred Thousand in 12 Months.
EXECUTIONThe business I can assure you is nothing new or fancy. It is really simple to be honest. A simple product, attached with a service that we charge monthly for. - Updates: 1. We found that it would be just as profitable for us to change our core business functions. 2. We will not be selling the...- Lagron

AMA: Customs Brokerage/Freight Forwarding (International Logistics)
AMAI have always been interested in importing large quantities of minerals to the USA in bulk. Let's take rock salt for example, since it is one product I have posted about here already, and it does relate to a number of my other products I am fiddling around with and trying to establish a...- Lagron

Importing 250kltons of Road Salt??
SOURCINGUnfortunately for me I did not win the bid. It was submitted to California, El Dorado for use on their highways. My price was quite high tbh. It seems according to competitor prices at 60-100 $ a ton, I can't compete importing from China at 125$ a ton. I did receive a quote at 30$ after...- Lagron

Profit from 3d Printing?
Speaking from personal experience and tests run, 3D Printers are far from home use. Yes there are some things here and there...but its not just plastic that can be printed/created...we are making entire objects, from as small and nuts and bolts to exact replicas of anything we point a scanner...- Lagron

Henry Ford Fun Fact
Isn't it a bad thing to have to work everyday? or work 5 days a week to get 2 days off... as in MJ's book, you trade 5 working days for only 2 days of leisure... I never thought of it like that ...Henry Ford, did well with this concept, it keeps people in line and makes them work hard for those...- Lagron

Journey To One Hundred Thousand in 12 Months.
EXECUTIONWow I definitely did wrong with my payment system for the sales staff. Tiered from 40% 50% and 60% seems much more logical, the better they do the more they are supposed to make. And bonuses monthly between the staff themselves to the top performer/s was something I was thinking beforehand as...- Lagron

Journey To One Hundred Thousand in 12 Months.
EXECUTIONI am not entirely sure how I want to compensate people for their hard work. 50% sales commissions are quite steep in my opinion. For now, its a cap at 250k, which I think they won't reach until a year from starting to work for me & they realize that. I have said that this cap is just in...- Lagron

Journey To One Hundred Thousand in 12 Months.
EXECUTIONThis is my first update to what I have been up to. First, I am changing the goal of $ 100,000 in a year to $1,500,000. This change in the goal is a result of a few recent sales and a change in the product I am selling. What I have done so far, 1. Completed the site. 2. Payment processor. 3...- Lagron

PEOPLEPeople think of that pit of desolation and yet they make those dumb decisions. If I only knew how to stop such. If I can only help the world... It is a reward system gentlemen! Ask me anything about eCommerce (2012)
GOLD!It did take a few seconds for the main header image, when that happens usually people just continue scrolling through the site, it was maybe 2-3 seconds delay on my end, I never really thought something like that would make much of an impact but I guess it is best to be safe if you can help...- Lagron

Ask me anything about eCommerce (2012)
GOLD!Oh wow! A 1 second delay in a eccommerce site leads to a 7% drop rate ie, if the site makes 100,000$ a day, that is a loss of 2.3 million dollars a year : / I think I need to upgrade my hosting account/get rid of the few second delays. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- Lagron

EXECUTIONI read the post by Jack Edwards in regards to how he opened a new business with just 15k$ and turned it into 10 million in 24 months. Located here. That is my motivation, the automation that he has created that runs hundreds of thousands of dollars to his bank account monthly. --- My goal, is...- Lagron
