Take it easy, you can't learn everything overnight. It will take a while for the stuff you learned to settle in.

Manufacturing a FTE (F*ck This Event!)

    NOTABLE! MINDSET FTE
I'm going to drop an FTL cause I am in college and I don't have any motivation to be persistent with my efforts. I haven't had any FTE, but now I'm writing down a list of things I don't want to face. When I look at this list, it will be a good kick in the back. Here's my FTL: Knowing that...

Age 17, am I really heading towards Fastlane?

    MINDSET
Age 17, I have no one to talk to around me and tell me if my goals lead me to Fastlane (in my family and friends). That was until I found MJ and his books. I'm blessed with a virtual family of entrepreneurs who I want to be rather than a government employee. My family tries really hard to talk...

Do You Enjoy the Place Where You Live?

    HOT! OFF-TOPIC
Wow, just recorded 46 degrees celsius today. My body felt like it was in a furnace and I drank two liters in just 6 hours. Definitely not pleasant here in June. This makes me want to move to a colder place in summer.

It has been week 1 at the agency, and I met its CEO. You bet he's a university student and has already completed over 100+ projects, mainly small businesses, and is now scaling up the agency (which is 3 people excluding interns) after a successful launch. Every time I meet him for some queries I...

Do You Enjoy the Place Where You Live?

    HOT! OFF-TOPIC
Nope. I dream of waking up in a green valley with a river valley flowing near my house and smelling the sweet, cold fresh air. Right now, It's quite the opposite. Been a while since haven't been out there traveling with cousins. I've once been to the valleys of Swat. Best place I've ever been...

Suggestion for the forum (Bookmarked threads)

Okay, I've had this problem when adding too many threads to Google Bookmarks on this forum. Now when I look back at the list its TOO LONG and takes an eternity to find the one I'm looking for. So I'm suggesting that you should add a bookmark feature with respected categories of that thread. This...

    MINDSET
The decisions I make today will shape my tomorrow. What if I get a comfy job and my entrepreneurial spirits are killed? Oh no, that'd be horrible. It's like knowing your destiny is the slaughterhouse but you're still feeding on delicious distractions

My goal is to form a digital marketing agency that empowers businesses. I'm currently pursuing medical sciences and nowhere does that lead to the thing I'm doing right now and what I want. So I will be switching to computer sciences, learn html and some coding which will be useful. I will.

Not to brag here but I am an A-grade student. After discovering fastlane, I was determined to take ACTION. I never tried anything besides studying and playing games. Content writing and digital marketing. A good combo?

    MARKETING
Personally, I am into SEO blogs and articles and writing good sales copy because these types of copies solve problems. Today was an orientation session but I'll update this thread once I get some work. We met the CEO of that agency and that dude is a university student. Bet that guy is going...
