    Massive Scale Cross-Border Amazon Arbitrage

    GOLD! HOT! EXECUTION
Yes once I'm ready I can negotiate with my company. For now since I can't leave, it's good that I'm proving how invaluable I am. Well for FBA I'm spending much less time on it than when I was doing drop-shipping. My per-hour rate is still higher than the consulting, but the problem is that I...

    GOLD! HOT! EXECUTION
Weekly Update Weekly Goals ??? This week I was almost completely lacking motivation. The slow burn on this potential software sale to Amazon has been eating at me and I wasn't able to get myself moving to work on other things. I am making about double my Amazon income through a consulting...

    Massive Scale Cross-Border Amazon Arbitrage

    GOLD! HOT! EXECUTION
Weekly Goals ??? Actions Had a meeting with one company that has been trying to recruit me for a while and previously asked me to do some consulting. Now I'm more open to it and maybe I will start an engagement with them. If I do it will probably max out at 5 hours per week like the current one.

    Massive Scale Cross-Border Amazon Arbitrage

    GOLD! HOT! EXECUTION
Weekly Goals ??? Actions Barely slept and so just went to sleep early after a long day at work. FBA is so much less work than drop shipping. I only need to do procurement and labeling once or twice a week, whereas with drop shipping I was constantly on edge trying to make sure all the...

Weekly Goals ??? Actions Handled more edge cases in my tracking script. We prepped and shipped another FBA order and I got it picked up a day early since I know the Amazon driver. Normally you have to schedule it for the next business day.

    Massive Scale Cross-Border Amazon Arbitrage

    GOLD! HOT! EXECUTION
Weekly Goals ??? Actions Spent some time trying to debug one order sync issue. I found the root cause but didn't fix it yet. It's buried in a bunch of hideous AI-generated code. Guys, don't drink the vibe coding kool-aid!

I've been talking to my contact there. I also know a very senior person but right now there is an intermediate manager that I'm not in contact with that needs to bring it to the senior person I know.
