Are You a Cook or a Chef?

    MINDSET
I have always liked reading step-by-step kind of things and always felt sick to my stomach afterwards. There is a voice inside me that says "I hate blueprints" when I read those. But I keep reading them still, I am an addict. You, my friend, made me believe in the power of words right here. I...

(NOOBS MUST WATCH) The Straight Line to Success

    MINDSET
There is this Latin thing called "Memento Mori", means "Remember Death". This works very well for me. When you keep telling yourself you will die, things change. Your inside BS detector works at light speed. And for you my fastlaner friend (not just Thiago Machado), whoever you are, you know...

Can a Foreigner Get Good At Copywriting?

    MARKETING
"but if I can be very good at 2 skills in that time or be the best at one" I was just giving an example, I am aware of the benefits of tunnel vision. And elders, they can tell us what works better and what does not. You know there is a saying ''Only a fool learns from his own mistakes. The wise...

Can a Foreigner Get Good At Copywriting?

    MARKETING
This is inspiring and so true! Yes sir, I know when I do anything it is a step in my short and long term plans both. Everything we do is for greater good actually, whether that specific action is good or bad, but we are not allowed to discuss this type of stuff here, so anyways. I am looking for...

Can a Foreigner Get Good At Copywriting?

    MARKETING
To @texus2 Thank you for encouragement my friend. But as you know "to learn something you can be good at" and "to learn something you can be just OK" are very different things. Yes, I may be get it after a while but time is valuable, I don't want to waste it if this is not for me. Thank you...

Can a Foreigner Get Good At Copywriting?

    MARKETING
Hello Fastlaners! I have had doubts about this subject and looked around, there are people who say a foreigner can never be as good as a native person, others say it's perfectly possible. I am about to start learning and was planning to focus on this particular subject for at least three months...

Leadership Lessons from a Military Mind

You just impressed the hell out of me with this, sir. Yeah you definitely should, his way of looking things is just beautiful. It combines actual, basic human interaction with science, which I love both and hope you will do too.

Leadership Lessons from a Military Mind

Thank you for this. I am not leading anything but these information could be used in many areas. Also, you sound so much like Simon Sinek. His "Leaders Eat Last" speech at 99u was very good and has some similarities with your post. It's good to learn from someone who walked the walk before talk...

    MINDSET
Thanks! I couldn't find the reason of his exile but I'm careful, I take every advice with a grain of salt always. Even if it comes from Warren Buffett himself. And the guy I talked was an acquaintance of my father, so he has nothing to do with the person I talk over Skype. Thank you for...
