    The wisdom of intermittent fasting is that meal frequency is more important than meal content. Try to start with 16/8(8 hour eating window). That's what i did 1.5 years back, now i just eat once huge meal a day. Once in awhile i might go 36 hours. Don't get me wrong though, eat healthy shit lol
