Prototype done. Pre-orders or straight to sales?
MARKETING100%. You need to get hard proof for your product by getting some sales and then observing the customers if they do use your product or throw it in the closet. Then you'll know if its a win.- Saad Khan

Prototype done. Pre-orders or straight to sales?
MARKETINGIt's one of those problems people brush off until a solution is available in the market and then suddenly everyone says they need one. You need good marketing for this product by UGC creators. Start targeting gym owners first with the big setsigns. As for the portable version, the dumbell...- Saad Khan

Maybe I just suck in business.
MINDSETJust because you suck at fulfillment now doesn't mean you'll suck forever. We all have been there. We all have delivered bad experiences. We all sucked. Once in our life, our greatest achievement was to walk on two feet. Don't let this small failure demotivate you. Sure, it's gonna take a toll...- Saad Khan

Defeat Your Nihilism: 3 Simple Steps
MINDSETThank you for taking the time out to write this thread. It helped me answer some questions that were holding me back. I think instead of wanting the material possessions like the fast car, big mansion, we should think about what kind of a person does one need to become to attract those...- Saad Khan

Is the suit dead?
OFF-TOPICSuits are cool, provided you don't spend a fortune on making one that enslaves you. I spent $30 on my custom tailored three piece so its a steal! As far as the suit culture goes, it has a downward trend (my intuition). There will always be those people who wear suits though.- Saad Khan

Random Chat, Thoughts, Posts, and/or Rants Thread
HOT! CHATI'll remember this advice from now on no matter what. I had a really painful and bad experience because one of the guys I was waiting for didn't show up on time. The bus came to the terminal at 1:15. Left at 1:20 despite me telling them to wait. We were 2 guys waiting at the terminal for...- Saad Khan

MINDSETHe's probably a kid. Cut him some slack. @abhinav_7a there are many ways people have suggested you to learn how to build a website. Here's how I built a website (for no cost) Got hosting and subdomain from 000webhost (search them on google) for free and installed wordpress on it. Watched a...- Saad Khan

Try and get equity or just get paid.
IDEASo the owner is the marketer but little focus has been placed on marketing it? Does the app have a strong value proposition? My hunch is you get paid while also getting stock options if you believe in the future of the app.- Saad Khan

Iman Gadzhi's Digital Renaissance, Scam?
GURUSLol a course priced at $1499? Ain't no way I'm paying that much to a fake guru. If I were to condense all my learnings in the Amazon Ads space over the last year and put em on a website, I'd price them like $100 bucks. Knowledge should be affordable and shouldn't cost you a kidney...- Saad Khan

About to partner with a guy to start an agency. Tips? Advice? Warnings?
Whenever you're doing business with someone, even if its an angel, picture a scenario when they are in court suing you. What's your defense? I'm approaching from this angle. I've met my dad's past partners and they're so good at putting up a persona you will think he's got it all figured out...- Saad Khan

Is the oppurtunity to get rich window actually closing?
MINDSET PEOPLE QUESTIONLol a friend bought a 10k course and when he let me log in and I saw the content, I realized he just repackaged Alex Hormozi's free book into a $10k course. The course's unique sauce was "work with the agencies that are working with your dream clients" Dogshit.- Saad Khan
