Has Moving to a Warm and Sunny Climate Made You Happier?

    NOTABLE! MINDSET
I find that the small town people are cliquey as well. If you leave and go on a several month trip they're gossipy about it.

    Inferior or Superior to others?

    MINDSET
Since I started working around entrepreneurs, I've realized that everyone is equal. There's a lot of very successful entrepreneurs that aren't smarter than you or me... or the next guy. Maybe there's janitors out there that are smarter. I don't even think Albert Einstein or Bill Gates (or insert...

    The Fail Thread

    NOTABLE! MINDSET
Being too early is the same as being wrong. I've been trying to think about pivoting to look at it from a different angle, but there isn't a high enough demand for aerial photographers at the moment. There's still opportunity in the drone market - maybe not in the exact model I had in mind. I'm...

    Is EDM fastlane?

Well... EDM is on a downwards trend I'd say. It will rebound again, just like how it went away after the 90s and came back in 2009.

Is content marketing a load of crap?

    MARKETING
What Dan's talking about is like how Coca Cola and other companies just throw up Google ads for "branding" sake. You're not driving an immediate action. FB is starting to favor content over opt-in pages. They'll give you cheaper CPM's and clicks to content. Especially because the bounce rate...

Do Meals and Their Amount Affect Your Productivity?

    HEALTH
You should also chew your food a lot more times (I aim for 100). If you jam it down while you're sitting at the computer it takes more energy for your stomach to break it down. Your stomach is like your second brain and will release cortisol if it has to work harder to break down more food...

Do Meals and Their Amount Affect Your Productivity?

    HEALTH
You might need to check out the Ketogenic diet. I found out about it through Tim Ferriss. Personally I haven't started doing it, but a lot of people say it helps

What are the chances student loans get wiped out?

    HOT!
"Empty pockets never held anyone back. Only empty hearts and empty heads can do that." Instead of paying off your loans, I'd focus on producing more money by buying a property. Use a hard money lender, they won't check your credit. You will be able to pay off your loans much faster if you focus...

Plant-Based Opportunities / Vegan Business Opportunities

    HOT!
I'm not a vegan myself, but what I've learned is that before you believe a nutrition study, you should follow the money. Who's paying for that study? In most cases it's meat industry lobbyists. Most scientific studies are just one group lobbying against another. I'm sure there are vegan...
