Cold emailing is f*cking annoying from the business owners POV
ASSERTIONI set up a filter in Gmail years and years ago, can't even remember how, but anything with the word "subscription" in the email goes straight to this folder. I just check it every few days to make sure nothing important slipped through.- MattR82

HOT! CHATI'm not trying to be funny and this is going to sound strange considering I'm Australian and we have a lot of dangerous wildlife, but I'm actually pretty freaked out about bears. Places like Yosemite look amazing but I'm legitimately scared of bears.- MattR82

Starting (and Fastlaning) a lawn care service business
GOLD! HOT!F*ck I love this thread  Super motivating for me. I have to admit, I was surprised when I read you were thinking about 50% margins. I could grab quality clients at 30 maybe 35 but would struggle with 50 unless they were suuuper small.- MattR82

I heard a LOT of really good talk about it, but funny you mention the coaching thing as it was brought up by a business coach I know that was actually going to a Kerwin Rae event lol. She's an excellent coach though who has built and...- MattR82

HOT! CHATMoved to a new little bungalow type hotel in Bali. Nothing 5 star but it's nice and quiet and only 2 minutes to the main area. Only something like 40 USD a night but as long as I have a good bed, aircon, a pool and good location I'm happy. These little beach bars and mini beach clubs are...- MattR82

GOLD! HOT!How many clients do you currently manage Johnny? I'm wanting to target higher ticket clients in my service business but I have to admit, there's a LOT on the table with easy smaller accounts. Just comes with a lot more admin headache.- MattR82
