Random Chat, Thoughts, Posts, and/or Rants Thread
HOT! CHATI imported all my forum threads and the transcriptions of my YouTube videos into NotebookLM, and then gave people access to it. I was looking at Chatbase.co as the next move, but decided to shelve the project for the moment. I'm also curious if @MJ DeMarco is using some AI Knowledge Base tool...- Andy Black

Random Chat, Thoughts, Posts, and/or Rants Thread
HOT! CHATDo you have a human-in-the-loop element MJ, where some questions are escalated to you if the AI doesn't feel confident it can answer it, and if you reply then it gets fed into the system for the next person who asks? I created a simple AI Andy over Christmas and a few people used it and even...- Andy Black

The Agencies & Freelancers Chat Thread / Mastermind
CHATAh yes. You've just reminded me that the main reason I prefer working with smaller companies is because I prefer dealing with business owners and budding business owners rather than employees. I've nothing against employees at all. Everyone does what they have to do. But there's a reason I...- Andy Black

Weekly Progress: What will you get done this week?
GOLD! HOT! CHATGood enough probably. We'll get someone in Sweden to run their eye over it at some point, but not while we're iterating quickly and doing rebuilds. Remember, this is a tradesman's website, and they're expected to be a bit like they're built by the nephew who's good with computers.- Andy Black

Weekly Progress: What will you get done this week?
GOLD! HOT! CHATThis is a pretty cool use of AI... A roofer in Dublin wanted us to run the Google Ads for them, paid, and then changed his mind and wanted to run the ads for a roofing company he was setting up in Sweden first. We translated all the English keywords into Swedish, created the ad copy in...- Andy Black

CHATMaybe so in the sense of the size of their wallet, but I like helping them and dealing with them, and the itch I haven't scratched is making it affordable for them while also scaling. The larger companies is more like consulting for me and, whilst I enjoy the technical challenge sometimes, I...- Andy Black

Weekly Progress: What will you get done this week?
GOLD! HOT! CHATI had a look and the first results were interesting. YouTube videos first, then the first organic listing is a Substack newsletter hosted on a custom domain.- Andy Black

The Agencies & Freelancers Chat Thread / Mastermind
CHATThis week we want to retain clients. Either we've been picking up very impatient clients recently, or our strategies aren't quite working at the moment for some of these niches. We're doing well for some clients and less well for others. And Google has made signing up for Google Ads a right...- Andy Black

CHATMy business fell off a cliff this year. It's been a combination of: Personal stuff. Clients seeming to churn more readily (sometimes because campaigns are going too well!?). LinkedIn changing it's algorithm so people in our network are less likely to see our content (I now seem to appear in...- Andy Black

MTF's Rebirth: Building a New Fastlane Vehicle
EXECUTION@MTF ... You can get into the solar panel niche by providing a service for solar panel businesses. Maybe create lead magnets for them, or SEO/content marketing, or even Google Ads or other stuff you seem to have dismissed? Part of being able to provide the service is knowing more about the...- Andy Black
