Does anyone here buy websites on Flippa as a passive investment option?

If all traffic is direct, I would still question that. I have a bunch of domains which I've never used in my life and it gets 100s of garbage "direct" hits per day, from god knows where. I would question the marketing, how are the sales being driven to the business. Based on the sellers...

Does anyone here buy websites on Flippa as a passive investment option?

It's tough to paint everyone with one label....I'm sure some are legit but MANY are not. It's so easy to fabricate and photochop numbers, revenue, traffic stats, etc. I wouldn't touch anything where 100% of their traffic sources come from organic searches like google...all it takes is one...

I need to market a lifestyle coach - any tips please?

    HOT!
In all seriousness, it sounds like he's a pua...which is fine, some of these guys charge 3k per person for a weekend of teachings and sarging and usually there's 10-20 dudes per class, not bad but these are well established companies and instructors even though the industry in itself is a...

    Order sample from multiple suppliers?

NY is the 19th. 20-30 percent of the factories I spoke to stopped taking orders since last week. I placed orders with 8 others from the past two weeks because I knew they're gone this weekend. The remaining factories are now closed as of today. Many go home to their families which can be...

8 Eyewear: From Idea, to Launch, to Growth (And Quitting the Job)

    IDEA
I was with efulfillment service for some time recently. Started off good, but turned in to a nightmare. They're also expensive...if you have a low margin product line, you won't be profitable.

    wordpress, good themes?

Depends on the direction you want to go with your site. I suggest themeforest, awesome wordpress themes over there. I have a subscription with elegant themes, they're pretty good too. If you want any from there let me know, I'll hook you up. Cheers

    Order sample from multiple suppliers?

Sample from more than one supplier. Many manufacturers are hacks, it sometimes takes time finding the right one who produces quality products.

I fkn love this so much words cannot even describe. Same with my biz, I sold one product to someone now like 6 coworkers want it and all their families. I tell them it's not a business though, I just sell it to family and friends ;) It's better to skip the drama and politics in big enterprises...

    Don't Rent to This Guy!

    REAL ESTATE
This is sickening and the laws are backwards, way too many loopholes in the system for a low life bastard to get away with this. I have a couple properties rented, I took my time finding the tenants. I had a few who were scammers from a mile away and I wanted to literally kick them in the a$$...

Thanks Walter. I know, I've heard it a million times to stay away from the field but that also keeps a lot more away, therefore less competition. I'm at a frustrating point now bc it's been 3-4 mths already and I still haven't found a good supplier..maybe I need to keep at it for a bit longer...

Importing can sometimes drive me insane. I've been trying to bring a product in for several months and I'm always running in to quality issues. I've blown cash on orders from 4 different suppliers and have had issues with all of them. There were a couple of them who sent me great samples...

What can I do to make my website sell?

    HOT! MARKETING
I can't think of anything other than what the others have mentioned. This is relative to my avatar lol. This is crap. The audience have spoken = 0 sales. Has nothing to do with your marketing or web design, even though both need heavy improvements. Ditch it. At least you learnt something...

Thanks Walter. Yes, I only deal with companies who have been assessed and after reading all of their reports. I think one of the important things to ensure are the health and safety certificates as well...for eg, electronic devices, making sure I see copies of their CE, ROHS certificates. I...
