2 years without weed.
HEALTHWhilst I have no issue with weed (do as you please with your body). I hate the 'super health' narrative it now runs with. I've literally heard it discussed in superfood terms. E.g. you eat your kale, take your multivitamin and take your weed. It's largely used as self medication imo.- PureA

HEALTHI have a SAD lamp (half hour each morning) D3 5-10k iu Fish oil I exercise and gym a lot and this undoubtedly helps but hard to distinguish to what factor as I do this year round.- PureA
