    In Dubai, the best SEO is personnal connections indeed, how can you developp that ?? Try Linkedin and message some young local wealthy folks ( they are more open to strangers as usually they study abroad )

    Humour is where i find the cultural differences are accentuated and manifested . In Algeria we joke a lot about terrorism ( like the old lady who really liked being kidnapped ) we use humour as a coping mechanism ....i dont think in America, they would joke about 9/11 for example
