    Don't undervalue exercise

Great advice. Many times I have thought to skip gym so that I can have more free time to pursue entrepreneureal avenues. And every time I have to remind myself, that working out every 48 hours should be the baseline minimum to a healthy and happy life. The inflexibility, worse overall mood...

Curating content that has been life-changing

Thanks a lot for your insight RogueInnovation. I know exactly what you mean regarding services like lootcrate. Mentorbox is actually doing the same thing for self-improvement books. However my idea is a bit different. First, the model I have in mind looks like thehustle.co . If you don't know...

    Survey a Business Name

Kudos for putting significant effor into creating a dedicated page. I voted for my top-3, my suggestion is don't obsess over having an attention grabbing name as it is not what will make a difference. Much more important will be getting recommendations and outstanding reviews. Just make sure...

Landing Pages to Gauge Market Interest

Your approach can definitely work, all you need is one landing page with different variants, that will potentially have different traffic sources. Then you evaluate the data and choose the best. I've experimented with Unbounce and it was fairly straightforward to create a decent looking page...

Tapping into customer mind / niche

I am not sure what you are trying to understand here. Or more accurately, I don't get the why. Is your intention to start selling a product online? A distinction to get you going is that people who buy online fall into 2 categories: People who want something specific, then go online and do...

What do you think about this idea?

    IDEA
Hi I really don't want to discourage you, but give you my view which potentially reflect other people's as well. I wish I could give you advice on how to market it, but I haven't done anything similar successfully so my opinion is worth nothing. Even though I am immersed in self development...

Curating content that has been life-changing

Every now and then I wll come up with an idea that I am not sure if it's amazing or completely useless. I'd love your take on it. I am an avid reader. I enjoy reading blogs, books and getting exposed to new ideas. I am a subscriber in probably too many e-mail lists. As a result, I have come...

Man, I hope most of you are already aware of them...

    MINDSET
Great points, especially love #7 I have to disagree with #1 though and for just one reason. I am really not defending pharmaceuticals, as I don't doubt that if there was any way they would maximize their profits, they would go for it (as any business in the world). The problem with this...

A journey to freedom from alarm clocks

    EXECUTION
What I am currently working on After lots of resistance I bought a hosting account subscription. It makes sense, all my business ideas revolve around new websites so it is essential. Blog that will serve as an exposure medium for my book. This will never be any source of major income. But...

Passive Income Robot - Death of Gurus

    GOLD!
Excellent thread. Spot on observations. Why is everyone becoming a coach these days? According to the average FB ad, someone managed to make millions of $ in sales per year, yet somehow really cares about teaching me how to do the same. I don't know about you, but if I made that much money...

My most promising and fastlane friendly idea seems impossible to implement

    IDEA
You blew my mind man. Thank you. I had never thought of this, even if it's so simple. I was stuck at a working page validation. This is exactly what I'll focus on, after writing down all the parameters that I will need and the layout of the site, I will throw a wordpress form online and whoever...

My most promising and fastlane friendly idea seems impossible to implement

    IDEA
Thanks Jerwood. This is exactly what I am going to do. To begin with I will draft a first design of all the necessary functions and then I will try to get several quotes. I am still not sure how to ask for a quote without revealing the actual website but I will figure it out. Thanks so much...

I never expected that my thread would see such activity lol. I really appreciate your input Lex and Andy, I've followed a lot of your posts so thanks for stopping here to comment on freelancing. Just wanted to clarify that it was never my intention to move full time into freelancing, but...

My most promising and fastlane friendly idea seems impossible to implement

    IDEA
Evening ladies and gents, lately I'm being haunted by a new idea and wouldn't mind to get some feedback from people who have successfully developed websites from scratch. I did look into several other threads and have seen the opinions regarding coding yourself vs outsourcing, but my dilemmas go...

I am gonna expolore web development just for the sake of learning the skill. Starting by pairing my book with a blog. If I see that this is something I have a good grasp of later on I will freelance it yes. Thanks Stevie. It might not be apparent from my posts but I have devoted quite some...

My latest accountability update which is more of a rant of how confused I feel lately. e-Book Screwed up my book launch by using the free promotion straight away and also by only asking one friend for a review... Now the book is sitting with one review and I can't do another free promotion for...

Web 3.0 (Ethereum) is happening, and most people have no idea what it even is.

    GOLD! IDEA
I really enjoy this thread, excellent source of information. Something that hasn't got a lot of exposure here is the potential of cryptocurrency as a "backup" investment, the same way people store gold. I quite like the idea of having some funds that are decentralized and no governement can...

Quite excited at the moment, I am focusing all my energy on my eBook, I have sent it out for editing, outsourced a nice looking cover and wrote the description and keywords on KDP. At this rate I could probably get it out in a week, I have decided on a list price of 2.99 $ ( ~18,000 words). At...
