    When To Leave The 9-5

I had a 50k job lined up and I'm pretty poor. I pre-quit the job a couple months before it started. I've got about $3,000 in cash and a car worth 4k that I will sell if I need the money. My monthly expenses are $1100 for my lifestyle. Honestly I should have been a little smarter about my living...

This is pretty similar to what Belly Card does. Pretty cool idea, just gotta get into the stores and convince people to take it on.

How Bad is the Summer Heat in Phoenix?

    OFF-TOPIC
I moved here 8 days ago and love it. Unless you're gonna work construction or outside all day it's not a big deal. It feels nice to step out into the heat for a few minutes, actually. The only time I ever curse the heat is when I've parked my car in the sun with no windshield cover.

[Free Giveaway] The Miracle Morning, by Hal Elrod

    BOOKS
**Oops didn't see giveaway was in March I don't want to be qualified for the book since I think someone else will get more value out of it than I will. I have no problems getting up in the mornings anymore(5:30am) and here's why: I set the alarm-clock far away so I absolutely have to get up...

    Finally moving to Scottsdale, Arizona!

    HOT!
I was wondering why it felt so much hotter today on my hike this morning. I even got there earlier than I ever have. Was a real struggle today and I could've used more water.

How bad do you want it? Enough to go "all in?"

    GOLD! PEOPLE
Said in this post I'd be moving to AZ in 4 months, but I'm in Phoenix already. Got into town on Thursday, absolutely love it here. I've been up Camelback 3 times so far. Today while hiking I got into an embarrassing fight with a bee for a good 3 minutes and saw a desert spiny lizard :) All-in...

What is your number 1 productivity tip?

    HOT! MINDSET
This is a big problem for me. I've deactivated Facebook, which keeps me off of there, but I'm always checking forums when I should be working. I've gotta start writing out a list because sometimes I get so scatter-brained and lose my train of thought, and that's when I hop on the forum "for a...

20 Things The Rich Do Every Day

    EXECUTION
Everything has its place. You're not going to get the endurance to run 5 miles by lifting. Or you want the endurance to hike up a mountain without taking a break, etc. Also, I lift religiously and do very little cardio, so I'm not just coming in here and saying this stuff because I'm a cardio...

I lift as well, I just thought it was silly to say cardio is a waste of time, that's all.

20 Things The Rich Do Every Day

    EXECUTION
Weight loss sounds like a great reason to do cardio to me. Exercise sucks for the most part. Most people don't particularly enjoy doing it, but they do it for the benefits. If people enjoyed cardio everyone would be skinny :D

    EXECUTION
I can't believe anyone would actually believe that aerobic exercise is a waste of time. If you hate it then fine your loss, but there are plenty of undeniable benefits of aerobic exercise.

I agree with what you said about Wordpress being pretty tough to learn. I had to watch a bunch of youtube tutorials and ask an unreasonable amount of questions on the forums since I had no website development background whatsoever.

Bottom of the 9th, Bases Loaded, 2 Outs...

    EXECUTION
I've been watching the weather out there and I think I saw 6 of the 7 days in the forecast had rain. Monsoon season might cut into my ability to hike, but I've been there in the middle of August when it's 110-115 degrees every day and still hiked. Just gotta get up real early and beat the heat.
