    MVP is your target. Also building web app is easy, finding clients is less. So if i were in your shoes i wouldn't plan much but i would spend time figuring out how you will bring people to your marketplace.

    To answer your question - you can do both, first email newsletter (if its paid you can use substack.com) then test the video course. I don't do videos so can't help you about it. But text newsletter with substack might start you even today.

    Nice, i think its an law that Cialdini wrote about (and there were scientific reports about it). It basically says that people are motivated much more by not losing something they have than by want to gain something more than they have. So... not much.

    That's also a good way. Be sure to set budget gradually. People advise $5-$10 a day budget for a start on FB to test waters. You can increase budget anytime so no problem in doing it quicker -when you'll get more comfortable with the system.
