My mum's dived into the fastlane
PUBLISHINGHi, I just "looked inside" the book on Amazon and saw that there are almost no paragraphs. Besides that the chapter headlines are on the same line as the preceding sentences. I would definately take a look at formating and whether its just the look inside feature which screws it up, or if its...- rblitz

Hello from Denver - self publishing success
GOLD!Thank you Held for Ransom for this great thread! I wish you all the best. May I ask your opinion about writing for a non english audience? As you probably notice english isn't my first language. I'm from Germany so I'm wondering if I can meet the need of scale by publishing my ebooks at Amazon...- rblitz

An idea which would reduce small calculations. How to implement it??
IDEAHi, basically there are multiple options coming to my mind in order to solve your problem. You can develop some sort of browser addon, a standalone app or a "web app". If you're developing a browser addon you need to choose a browser or develop it for multiple browsers. So thats something you...- rblitz

Hi I'm not a dog
It's a long time since my last post. Almost three month ago. In this three month I ran into the same issues and habits as usual. I couldn't come up was an idea to execute. Sitting around endless hours, thinking, thinking and thinking. Three days ago I decided to just just put a website for a...- rblitz

Cold calling US and German businesses
WEB/DIGITALFirst of all, thank you for your answer, theag. Hmm, admittedly I didn't look it up in detail. My "knowledge" was based on the fact that I read many times over here that someone cold mailed e.g. 1000 doctors in order to research the needs for a software product. I certainly have to look it...- rblitz

Cold calling US and German businesses
WEB/DIGITALHi everyone, the last days I've read pretty much about SaaS (b2b). Many times the authors stated that they discovered needs for specific niches by cold-mailing/calling businesses. After a few mails, when the actual prototype is built they asked for an advanced payment. In return the business...- rblitz

Hi I'm not a dog
Hey I spend the last days on researching various "business opportunities". The one that instantly came to my mind is eCommerce. I read a whole lot about it on various blogs and on the forum. But I'm quite unsure about the taxes over here at Germany. As far as I know by taking a quick look...- rblitz

Progress Thread: Sir Ingenious Collection
EXECUTIONAmazing. I read your story a few days ago and I'm happy to see you're still on the ball. The first thing that came to my mind by looking at your poster were the "old Coca Cola posters". So I think you've done a great job so far! Keep it up!- rblitz

Hi I'm not a dog
Hi there. So there it is, my so-called introduction of myself and my little self motivation. It's longer than I expected, so watch out! Like the title says, I'm not a dog. In fact I'm a 21 year old human from Germany. I don't know, whether it's the time of day or the tropical temperatures at...- rblitz
