    What about recording a video of you doing some of the work with you narrating it. Then upload to Gemini and ask how it would improve it? I believe it can turn videos into written SOPs by specifying what buttons are clicked. Maybe it's smart enough to give tips on what you're doing?

    I had issues with my rotator cuffs a while back. Finding a good physio who worked on it and gave me exercises with weights really helped.

    Can AI help? I'm going to loop through 600 transcriptions and articles and get AI to tidy up and summarise (or purge) each. Then I'll use that to train another AI.
