Weekly Progress: What will you get done this week?
GOLD! HOT! CHATI guess the main factor is it's YouTube and owned by Google who also owns Gemini. I can't imagine short video is prioritised over long form. I expect it's more down to how focused the video or section is. I think Short video suits the style of video I always wanted to create - where there's...- Andy Black

Weekly Progress: What will you get done this week?
GOLD! HOT! CHATI did this today and it was a great help. I got the Gemini Gem to interview me about the match at the weekend and the training we did last week. Then it created a pretty good match report. I went back and forth quite a bit and updated the Gem as I went along. Next week it should be even...- Andy Black

Weekly Progress: What will you get done this week?
GOLD! HOT! CHATThis week: 1) Create a WhatConverts account for our breakdown recovery client so we can track phone calls and lead forms and see it in a lead management system. I'll get permission from the client first as calls will be recorded and transcribed. This will help us dial it in and will help us...- Andy Black

Starting Google Ads at 19 Years Old: Cold Calling my Way to 2000€/month
HOT! MARKETING EXECUTION"Hi SaveFox. It's Andy from the Cleaning Directory. You just filled in a form saying you need your roof cleaned. Can you give me an idea of the size of the house you have?" Etc. ... Then ring around cleaning companies. "Hi, Do you clean roofs?" "Yes." "Do you cover XYZ location?"...- Andy Black

Starting Google Ads at 19 Years Old: Cold Calling my Way to 2000€/month
HOT! MARKETING EXECUTIONI didn't say sell the lead; I said generate a lead. Make the kind of page you'd make for a client. Run the campaigns you'd run for a client. Generate a lead of somebody looking for a service. Then give that lead to someone.- Andy Black

Weekly Progress: What will you get done this week?
GOLD! HOT! CHATExactly this. If you get people in at the higher level, where they're interested and can use their imagination and creativity, then they start finding the tools or apps don't quite do what they want to do. They dig a bit deeper and start creating their own little parts that were missing. That's...- Andy Black

Starting Google Ads at 19 Years Old: Cold Calling my Way to 2000€/month
HOT! MARKETING EXECUTIONIf you do a great job for some clients then they will naturally start referring their friends to you. I'd say most businesses providing a good service get referrals, and most could systematise it better (including me). Imagine you just focus on service delivery and posting a little bit about...- Andy Black

Weekly Progress: What will you get done this week?
GOLD! HOT! CHATShe's right to be cynical. A lot of the Roblox games are effectively gambling, where they spin some slot machine and randomly get a piece of fruit, armour, or some power-up. It addicts them to little dopamine hits, and at one time our lads put all their pocket money into Roblox. They mostly...- Andy Black

Weekly Progress: What will you get done this week?
GOLD! HOT! CHATI made a vow to myself that "I refuse to see less of my kids now so I can see more of them later." Is she into YouTube (need I even ask?). Get her to create a channel and start recording gameplay. Our kids all got channels about that age or younger. Two only posted a few times but our now...- Andy Black

Weekly Progress: What will you get done this week?
GOLD! HOT! CHATThanks @WJK. That was very interesting and insightful to read. Opportunities just seem to crop up out of nowhere when you put yourself out there long enough. Ha. I sometimes think life sends us little tests though. Me: "I'm going to shut down my courses membership." Life: "Here's a new...- Andy Black

HOT! - AI -I think it's even more mind-blowing on a mobile because we can type reasonably fast and easily on a desktop but typing on a mobile is an absolute pain. With the app we can type as fast as we talk on a mobile as well as the desktop. That suddenly makes our mobile a completely different tool...- Andy Black
