How is your sex life during your pursuit of millions?
HOT! PEOPLELol. I think you are completely mistaken by my post. It's not immaturity its reality. But I don't wish to argue on this topic anymore. I don't think my life is any better. I just believe that society has caused men to be emotionally weaker. We used to hunt bears with our hands, but now men fear...- Michael Raphael

How is your sex life during your pursuit of millions?
HOT! PEOPLEOh travisl I wasn't saying you were wrong, quite the contrary emotional sex w/ ur girlfriend is 10x better than a random, I just don't want people to believe that mindset is the only way to having great sex. Just Quit My Job
Essentially yea reinvest it into you but the point is have the mindset you are only able to financially support yourself for one month, if you can put the other 4 months in a separate account and get rid of the card and not touch it, then you literally only have enough to live for one month. You...- Michael Raphael

Welcome, you are 26 years young. You can still create a business in a few months and in a year or two live the life you dream of, that is if you put 110% effort into executing everything. That is what separates millionaires from the average man. You need to execute. Wish everything goes well, if...- Michael Raphael

Just Quit My Job
Stephen I can't wait to hear your story as the months progress. I have one tip, perhaps have the mindset that you only have money to survive one month. Seriously keep only 1 month $$ on bay, and the reason is you will fight harder to make sure you get some money for the next month. You don't...- Michael Raphael

I have a vision in the shape of a rectangle…
Better yet make a little slit in the table to hold extra pong balls. Lets be honest I hate having to find them when over thrown and what not. Also just keeps everything organized.- Michael Raphael

I have a vision in the shape of a rectangle…
Great idea I am in college and everyone I know isquite aware that I major in business and minor in Beer Pong. So I love the idea, obviously. The greatest issue for you will be $$. Kids can't just fork out 100$ on a table. But frats and (sororities???) might. So your best bet is doing that lovely...- Michael Raphael

48 Unit Apartment Building for $430K - no fix up needed
REAL ESTATEPhenom said it best. You need to research the location where this place is. See if a corporation that used to labor half the population is leaving. If it is, you can bet so are the employees. Research the tenants as well you have the right to this. Go door to door and do a survey. Find out age...- Michael Raphael

Business Card Tip
PEOPLEI actually get a lot of positive reviews on my business card. I don't think its the content, your title, email, any of that. I have a logo that demands attention, my business name in a unique font and not boring gray (a color that is in the logo), and website. Easy, clean, crisp, and efficient...- Michael Raphael

Getting no where with Microsoft, help!

Succession Plan
Very grim subject but I recently had this discussing with my business partner. I also agree on the life insurance aspect. The business has 2m, my BP mom does insurance, so we got a hook up.
