    Branded Boxes?

My response to this is, it depends. For eg, if it's a fashion accessory retailed for several hundred $, yes, even packaging must be designed and delivered nicely. If your product is a sprinkler for your garden, brown box and slap a sticker of your brand on it.

Why Facebook is a Joke (And various social media/smartphone insanity)

    NOTABLE! HOT! MARKETING
fb is an awful addiction, along with instagram, etc. So is this forum, but it's a good addiction. I deactivate my social media stuff from time to time bc I go on too often sometimes and it's an utter complete waste of time.

Best laptop for work under $500?

    OFF-TOPIC
I've used tons of laptops in my days and hands down for performance and comfort are the Lenovos. I absolutely love them and wouldn't buy anything else for business or personal. I've used the T, R and L series notebooks, all solid machines. That's my recommendation.

Post Your Desk or Work Area! (The Workspace Thread)

    MINDSET FEATURED!
This has been my work area for the past 9 months, working up until 12-1AM nightly until my a$$ can't take any more from those wooden slabs. I used to have a beautiful office in my 2 bedroom condo along the lake in Toronto. The problem I had was lack of focus. I was enjoying my outdoor and...

Here's why you should never forget what the C stands for in NECST

    HOT!
Sounds like ignorance on the customer end OR a competitor trying to screw you over, like negative seo in the search engine world. Amazon should do a better job of weeding those out to protect sellers from such cases. Glad to hear things panned out.

Can I just mention how awful this job market is?

    NOTABLE!
You are the opposite of Achiles lol :) On a more serious note, there's really not much more that can be added here, tons of awesome advice. There's no reason why you can't start something on the side and weekends like MOST people around here are probably doing. It's not difficult at all to...

Buying condos with hard money loan

I can honestly talk about the condo and real estate market for pages and pages lol...right now it's tough and there's an oversupply and saturation of condos all over the GTA and Toronto. I made a costly mistake and analysis (I'm actually paying for it right now and trying to exit out of it) by...

Buying condos with hard money loan

I would stay away in MOST cases. I've lost a great deal of money due to condo purchasing where I read the market wrong from 2-3 years out (pre-construction sales). Pre-construction is tough bc you never know where the market will look like 2-3-4 years down the road. With that being said, I...

I need to escape the sidewalk

No one around here is going to feel sorry for you, especially theag. It's the harsh reality. If your not in an environment which motivates you to work and make a difference in your life, then pick up your shit and go move elsewhere. If you want to live in a less wealthy city, then what are...
