    I have years of consulting experience and it's a tough, rough road, but I enjoy it. You need to be on your game at all times, study non-stop, keep fresh with technologies, etc. Be ready to have no job or contract every 3, 6 or 12 mths and grind away on getting a new one each and every time...

    I agree with the other guys, the old design kicked a$$, I like it more than the new layout. I wouldn't worry for a moment about the other guy. Plus he's targeting a very small niche for the gay parade festivals which only happen once a year I believe.
