How To Automate Your Instagram Account

    SOCIAL MEDIA AMA
Do you have any actual advice to attract real targeted followers, potential customers for an account hosting a product/brand? I actually see these follow/unfollowers every day on my page, pretty annoying.

    Inventory is Evil

    HOT!
I was coming at this from an online business angle. For a brick and mortar store which potentially sells hundreds of different types of products, inventory plus TONS of other elements of this type of business are beyond evil and something I would never consider getting myself in to.

    Inventory is Evil

    HOT!
This thread is rather odd. If you want a real business, selling a unique product line with your own brand, you need inventory and full control over it. There's no way around it. How is there even a debate over this? The only people agreeing with this notion of "inventory is evil" are...

    Banned Hashtags on Instagram

    MARKETING SOCIAL MEDIA
There's actually a global issue right now with Instagram...no hashtags are working properly at all. This has been on going since yesterday and many if not all users are affected by it.

On a side note though, I'm glad the OP took the advice given in this thread. I'm happy for him, good stuff.

    Opening a restaurant! (I'm 17)

    HOT!
Don't need many steps either. Step 1. Mind blowing idea Step 2. Convince others to give a teenager 10s/100s of thousands of dollars with 0 experience (* in Poland) Step 3. Profit Step 4. Become famous and have awesome memes * edited by Vigilante

    Opening a restaurant! (I'm 17)

    HOT!
There's a place down the street from me "best ice cream in town", apparently anyway. I'm not huge in to it unless it's authentic Italian gelato. Every time I pass by this place, there's a massive line up, during the day, mostly at night. They're only open for 4-5 months out of the year and...

Pokemon Go Game Discussion - Opportunities?

    HOT!
Our local police just sent out bulletins and notices on FB about following common sense when playing this game (stop trespassing on private properties, watch your surroundings and have awareness of where you're playing the game, etc). It's unfortunate and surprising how stupid these people are...

Forum spamming was popular back in 2007. I would drop the panda links in your posts.

Pokemon Go Game Discussion - Opportunities?

    HOT!
Man, you actually opened my eyes to this game with all of your posts. You're absolutely right and dead on. If I had a brick and mortar business, I would be buying lures every day and dropping them at my front door LOL. I would then upsell like crazy, sell crappy pokemon tshirts, sunglasses...

    I Made a $8,500 Mistake ... And I didn't get fired.

Great lesson, and agree completely. @Andy Black can probably testify, we're in similar fields with IT Contracting, except I'm on the Network/Security Engineering side of things. I've seen people get fired for a keystroke or single command missed on a router, switch or firewall. That's all it...

    Anxiety From Entrepreneurship?

    HEALTH
This is normal, we all have been through it and we all go through these feelings and actions. Vigilante once posted a huge list of all of his failures. At one point, he was I believe 1M in debt. Look at this post from today, chilling on a beach in Hawaii. My advice is to keep pushing man and...

REAL STATE INDUSTRY - Is The RE Agent in Danger?

    MARKETING
If you own a brokerage and have lousy agents, who's fault is that? Yours. You're not a good leader. You don't have the tools and resources required for them to success and it's your fault that you brought in bottom of the barrel agents. Again, to reach brokerage level, you need a good track...

REAL STATE INDUSTRY - Is The RE Agent in Danger?

    MARKETING
You definitely need to think outside of the box when it comes to RE and have a ton of connections with people in general from your city and it's surroundings. With all of the services and sites offered these days, no one needs a real estate agent to sell a property, especially in a hot city and...
