    eBay's search algorithm gives a positive weighting to "Free" shipping in "Best Match" results - so you will appear higher up in the search results with "free" shipping.     I'm in the UK too...I have read anecdotes (but can't quote any facts) that these specific ads are a TOTAL waste of time. Great magazine though. (I think "Mad" magazine is the closest US equivalent FWIW).

    Just my 2 cents worth - if you are in pain from repeated bad posture, Sports Massage therapy may be something that helps while you're changing your habits, and get the therapist to suggest some stretches you can do at home. (I don't do any sports).
