    The clients have access to our CRM and all they can see is a list of appointments, any clients that don't show they just click a button. They are then automatically removed from their invoice and my team follows up to find out what happened with the lead.

    Yes it's been a journey. I get clients quite easy as it's a pay per show model. The clients don't pay me until the customers I refer arrive. London is very expensive. I live 4 hours drive away from there where it's so bad!
