    Read Psychocybernetics by M.Maltz. Problem with reading positivity books is that it's not real positivity, just short shot of of it. On the other hand that book really works on what matters. Also, Million Dollar Habits by Robert Ringer are great too. Superb advice in line with MJs philosophy..

    Best to do both ask and imagine. :) It's pretty common to come up with those options you've mentioned so that is what anyone else (and any competitor) will come up with.
